The Safemark SMMB018 Thermoplastic Road Marking Boiler is designed for melting and preparing large quantities of thermoplastic road marking material before application. With a 300 kg tank capacity, equivalent to approximately 12 bags of 25 kg material, the boiler is suitable for medium to large road marking projects where continuous material supply is required. Its multi-layer construction incorporates stainless steel, heavy-duty mild steel, oil, air and glass-wool insulation to improve heat retention and maintain a stable working temperature. The unit is equipped with an 8 HP Onkar air-cooled diesel engine, an Eicher gearbox, and a commercial LPG heating system for dependable operation on site. The boiler can be used together with Safemark thermoplastic road marking machines to create a practical and efficient road marking system for highways, municipal roads, airports and other infrastructure projects.
